Is this legally binding accounting software?

No. UtilSnap business tools are simple PDF generators for your own records and client communications. They are not certified accounting, tax, or e-signature software — you are responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction.

Where is my company data stored?

In your browser's IndexedDB storage on your device. Clearing site data in your browser settings will remove saved profiles and drafts. Nothing is synced to UtilSnap servers.

Can I reuse my company profile across all documents?

Yes. Once you save your Business Profile (name, address, logo, bank details), it auto-fills on every invoice, quotation, receipt, and memo.

Can I customise the PDF layout?

The templates use a clean professional layout. You can set colours, add your logo, and adjust line items and notes — custom HTML/CSS templates are planned for a future update.
